I created a ticket, when can I expect an answer?

Most, if not all tickets, are answered the same day we receive them. However, depending on our workload, we may not be able to get back to you immediately. If your ticket is regarding an urgent request/issue, give us a call (760.837.7000) after the ticket has been created and we will look into it sooner rather than later.
